Fit for Purpose
Fit for Purpose means the product, service, or system proficiently fulfills its designated role
Farming
Farming means the process of cultivating land, producing crops, raising livestock, caring for animals, and generating forest or horticultural products.
Fast food restaurant
Fast food restaurant means a place where customers order, pay, and collect quickly prepared food and drinks for consumption anywhere.
Eye care
Eye care means the provision of health care services and materials focused on eye health maintenance or improvement.
Financial Transaction
Financial Transaction means an initiated transfer, exchange, or movement of funds or assets conducted for value.
Form MU4
Form MU4 means a standardized licensing format for individual mortgages from a recognized registry.
Financially viable
Financially viable means having the ability to cover all operating costs and debt services in a timely manner
Foreground IPR
all Intellectual Property Rights created by the Mutual in its delivery of the Services, or otherwise in its performance of this Agreement, including any Mutual Trade Marks developed by the Mutual exclusively in the performance of the Services but excluding all other Mutual Trade Marks, and the Mutual Background IPR and any goodwill developed by the Mutual in its delivery of the Services;
Fee
the sum for the Services to be paid by the Council to the Mutual in accordance with this Agreement as detailed in Schedule 3 of this Agreement (subject to the Terms of this Agreement), which is exclusive of any applicable VAT payable;
